​Miscellaneous Information for Club POC:
Affiliated clubs are required to complete this annual report and provide the KCA with a current membership list. The list is important because members of affiliated clubs who are not KCA members may nominate litters for the Futurity. Non-Affiliated clubs are encouraged to also complete this form and provide their membership lists so their members might be included in various educational and health mailings and/or surveys and to receive the National Specialty premium list.
